Thread: Where to buy replacement scales?

I there.

I ordered a set of Dovo red pakkawood scales from classic shaving to put in my Wapi (if you're interested in my scales replacemente journey see this).
Anyway, I was thinking on ordering another scales this time for my Dovo Best Quality. Its scales are black celoloid, and now that I have the Wapi in red pakkawood, the Dovo scales seem ugly to me .
Sure I can order the scales from classic shaving just as did the other day, but I got curious and browsed every corner of the internet for online stores that might sell this kind of items too. My starting point was the Dovo website that listed the stores that sold the Dovo products by country. I looked each one of them and never found any replacemente scales! Weird. Is Classic Shaving the only store that sells them?
Just to clear your minds, I don't have anything against CS. The payment and the shipping were smooth and fast, too bad the scales weren't in the most perfect condition, but that's Dovo I have to blame, not CS. I was browsing for a online shoping in Europe because of possible customs taxes - I haven't payed taxes for the pakkawood scales, but maybe I got lucky this time...

I think some of the guys here sell replacement scales......like Robert Williams, Gary (Traveller) and maybe Joe. Not sure if they have them all the time or what, but worth asking.
