Thread: Noob's Blog

Hey all,

I have started a blog to document my experiences in beginning wet shaving and moving to using a straight. its simply a chronicle of my journey and mistakes so hopefully someone can read it and avoid the same ones I'm sure I'm going to be making over the next couple of months.

Its still pretty new, and focused mainly on my DE shaving now since I've yet to get my straight setup together, but I value everyone's opinions around here, so if you have a few moments to take a look, i'd appreciate any feedback. I figure the only way i'll get better is to have an audience.

My hope is that someday one person will read it and feel less apprehensive about taking the journey into wet shaving and straights the way I am.

I enjoyed reading your blog. It sounds like you are progressing well. You seem pointed in all the right directions. You have stumbled on some really good products - I'd say you're way ahead of the game at this point.
