OH it burns
Well I woke up this morn and took my shower and lathered up to shave as always, let it soak into the hair on my face for a good ten min and preceded to shave, for the 1st time since i started i could tell i was making real headway, and all stubble was coming away clean and my face was soooo smooth .......
yep you guessed it things went wrong.
you see I have a 4month old puppy that just loves to get into things which he usually does as i shave and get ready for my day, not this morning oh no this morning he decides he's going to sit nice and cute and good beside me and watch me as i shave and he does... right up to the last part of my morning Thang my mustache at which point JUST as i put blade to face and move it downhe jumps up and starts running into me over and over. my nice clean shave turned into a bloodbath
as i cut the skin on my nose right where it meets lip. you know the part where if we could remove our nose it would be the very very bottom
OH GOD it hurts and burns but the rest looks and feels super but it burns
now i dont kow if i'm a typical guy broken bones im good at dealing with, cut the tip of my finger off and rip the nail out i can deal with, car runs over my hand i can deal with (all has happened) paper cut or this $%*@ cut under my nose and i want to stay home for the day. well just wanted to share

There are some pains you can deal with, and some you can't. Personally, I can walk around on a bad ankle for 2+ months (as I have since early December), but if I get a cut near my lip-line, I'm useless.
Hint:
Kick the puppy out of the bathroom for your morning shave.

You might want to get a bottle of nu skin at the drug store. Sorry but it burns pretty darn good too.

I had the same type of deal under my bottom lip where it meets my chin. Bled like crazy. Went for the styptic...I should have just let it bleed.

Thanked: 0I have a scar where my bottom lip meets my chin, and uh, every time I have shaved so far I manage to give myself a good nick right there.
oh yea, last week I cut my neck on the very edge of the hairline, needless to say, I almost went to get stitched up. There was no need to even try a styptic, and it bled a LOT. When I say a LOT, that is coming from from a guy that works with barbed wire and razor wire on a fairly regular basis...

Thanked: 0I forgot to mention, the one on my chin always stings, the big one on my neck I didn't even feel. The only way I knew I cut myself was because the razor grabbed really hard, then popped out.
