Welcome! I'm not really familiar with that company, but I'm also not as versed about razors as some of the others here.
I can, however, recommend any blade from www.vintagebladesllc.com. Their shipping is fast (for me at least), and Jim seems like a wonderful guy. I just sent one of my friends there for a razor. He ordered it Monday afternoon and it arrived earlier today. Not bad turn-around for standard shipping, eh?!

Welcome aboard. I too am unfamiliar with that manufacturer, but I'm sure someone on here will be able to help you out.

Thanked: 9Joel and others over @ B&B love EJ brushes. Me - not so much, but I did have one (B&B edition) which lathered very well.
What are you looking for?
If you are asking about straights - I don't think they sell any... Maybe they have rebranded Dovos?
Cheers
Ivo

The $35 Crabtree & Evelyn Best Badger brush is just a rebranded Edwin Jagger. I have tried the almond shave cream and thought it was only so-so.

They have excellent products. I ordered a nice brush from them and it took two weeks to ship from UK to US. I also have a C&E BBB made by them. These both are my favorite brushes. http://www.theenglishshavingcompany....odDet.cgi/EJWM#

Thanked: 0Now, i have ordered a honing stone for my razor and thought it would be good to go out of the box, but as i read more on this forum it seems the hone needs some preparation before use, could any one offer any advice on what to do as I'm in the dark here. The stone I'm getting is the Norton combination 4000/8000, i trust this was the right one to get? Also another 'newbie' question, i was under the impression the razor would also come ready to go out of the box but again i was wrong. Apparently it will need honing and stropping, could any one gave me advice on this too,how many strokes to hone and strop, what side of the stone to use etc. A lot of 'newbie' questions i know but i don't want to ruin my shiny new razor your patience and help would be very helpful, thanks allot guys

I have not posted here in quite some time, but wanted to chime in with what I know of Edwin Jagger. They are pretty well thought of when it comes to cartridge razors, they make their dollars by copying and/or licensing cartridge razors then selling ivroy and pewter handled versions of the razors. They are not really know for double edge, single edge and/or straights
