Where to post about honemeisters
.... or rather, in which forum would it be prudent to try and get a hold of one in my area.
Specifically Denmark.
The situation is as such, that by Saturday, hopefully, I'll have my first 2 razors one of which I want to ruin myself by training on, the other one I would like to have done over by someone with actual experience. So a person living in my own country would be preferable.
Failing that however, time becomes less of an issue with contemporary shipment methods, but countries in the north western part of Europe would probably be a little faster still than America where Lynn would be the first obvious choice.
Excuse my newbienss if there is some obvious to check for this.
Ps: feel free to drop a comment if you're in a country close by Denmark.Last edited by Chady; 02-22-2008 at 01:04 AM.

I am not sure, but as the new day starts over in europe you're thread will probably be found anyways. I'm not aware of anybody in denmark, but Bruno is nearby in Belgium and LX is in the Netherlands. Not sure if Alex does honing, but I thought Bruno does.
Poona in UK offers honing as well, but that's a bit further.
If you don't get more responses send these guys I'm mentioning PM and they may have better directions for you.

I think you will have the same choices. I used Bruno when I wanted a razor honed and it came here(Poland) with no problems.
I would hone it for you but I am not really a honemeister and not confident enough about my ability to take on projects for other people yet.

I do honing. But I've been having a hard time finding the time lately.
So if you're not in a hurry....you can send it to me. I don't know how Bruno is on his schedule.
