Hello,

Great, great site!

My first post here:
I JUST started shaving with a straight razor before I found this site and have been somewhat fortunate to have a good first experience. Lucky I guess!!! I purchased a razor from a guy off eBay a few years ago and only this week did I decide to use it. I guess this first experience is what REALLY got me hooked!!!

Anyway, when I got to my chin and mustache area, the razor had more difficulty and more resistance. Anyway to make this easier? Do you think my razor may be a bit dull to cut the tougher hair I have in this area? I'm using regular shaving soap (don't throw things at me) until I can get to purchase the proper soaps, creams and brush.
