Thanked: 0New Guy.... introduction
Hello All! My name is Johnny I am new here and looking to start shaving with a straight. I have been wetshaving for several years using DE razors.
I have been scouring the thrift and antique stores nearby with no luck yet in finding my first straight... the search continues... I just wanted to stop in and introduce myself.

Hey, Johnny, I see you're a musician! A bunch of guys here play instruments, there was a thread recently that I will have to track down again. Anyway, welcome!

Welcome Johnny! Not only is the BST a great place to find a razor, if you post a "Wanted: Newbie Razor" ad, SOMEONE WILL respond. And usually pretty quick, too.
Have fun!
