Thanked: 1If I was you, I'd put a brush on your list of things to get when you can. It adds to the fun factor and also helps the hairs stand up (and exfoliates the skin).

Thanked: 1Gotcha, I thought you had one in the Man-U colours like those cheesey disposables they do. Never know with you Swansea boys, see.

I've had mixed experiences with Simpson brushes, I had one replaced twice as it shed hairs like a cat in the summertime, the two replacements were just as bad so I got a refund in the end. Apparently it was just a bad batch, but it destroyed my confidence in a supposedly 'premium brand'.
My recommendations for brushes would be either a Rooney or a Shavemac. Both have a rock solid reputation, and are much more reasonably priced than other brands. For example with those two you could get a Silvertip brush for the price other makers charge for Best or Super. IMHO of course. The SRP Shavemac would be a very good choice, in fact I'm trying really hard not to add my name to the list!
