Shave #2
Did my second shave this Morning. Only drew blood twice. Any suggestions for the "Chin area"

Shave the chin last, use good stretching technique, use the base of the blade for the lower chin, the middle for the middle chin, and the tip for the upper chin, use short 1/4 inch strokes away from the finger stretching the chin. Use a "slow" purposefull stroke with a slightly lower than normal angle. Never use a scything motion on the chin.
Be careful not to "shave" your lip with the razor tip when shaving you chin.
If all else fails you can use both your index finger and thumb and stretch the chin from both outside sections (under the outer lip) and put the razor between the finger and thumb, difficult to master but it produces a very high quality pass.
Oh, hey, and welcome!Last edited by AFDavis11; 05-04-2008 at 06:37 PM.

I use shave oil seems to make a big difference on my chin and moustache areas. My brother was having the same problem until he bought some shave oil himself. Do a search there are many shave oils out there to try. some people also shave chin sideways for best results. starting from middle going out.
