    Default question on shaving

I am new to straight razor shaving and I wached instructional videos on youtube but one question remains. I tried WTG and ATG however on my from my chin down my hair grows in from left to right or from ear to ear direction and as much as I try I can't get a close enough shave on my chin and throat. Its most annoyng the day after cause the sharp hairs om my throat bother me and sometime I just run a safety razor across to finish up. THere just isnt enough room for a straight going in that direction. Any ideas?

try this in order; WTG,Acrosss the grain (XTG) and then ATG.

Sounds like you're doing fine . It will take time , but the shaves will get better . Months to learn , years to master .
