    Default My first straight Shave!!!!

All I can say is..... That was Different.... I made the mistake of not waiting for the good razor I just ordered and I used a cheap Zeepk that I got on ebay. I only nicked myself 3 times but i could feel the blade dragging bc I did not have it honed and I stropped it myself...(also a first).....The shave was not bad though....it was somewhat close and easy... The chin was really hard...Now my face is burning!!! is it because of the bad blade??
Over all it was better than I thought it would be but I think I will Wait for my new razor to come in freshly honed and ready to go....

let me know if you have any advice for me

The razor burn is normal but aggravated by the unhoned, poor quality razor. Your skin will have a breakin period so don't push it by shaving everyday. After 1 month, assuming your using a light pressure, your skin will adapt.
