Definitely two different people. Ken is in San Antonio, TX. Also, Lynn did an outstanding job on my Dovo from Vintage Blades LLC and if you're really new, his DVD will do wonders. I'd definitely recommend ignoring the sticker that will come on razors honed by Lynn saying "there's no need to strop before shaving." My first un-stropped shave was horrendous and as I understand it, 25-40 laps with proper form won't hurt.
