Depends on the stainless. Friodurs do become very sharp though and keep an edge very long and are harder to hone than the average carbon steel.
The sharpest razor not necessarily gives the closest most comfortable shave. As BULLWINKLE wrote he cuts mimself worse with a replaceable blade.
