    Yes it is possible. I did so for a couple of months... until RAD struck hard on me! I'm controled though...

    There's a myth that sais that a razor should rest for 24 or 48 hours before the next shave, thus creating an artificial need for more than one razor.
    In my humble opinion I think that 2 razors (as soon as you find out that this is the method for you) is quite enough for good practical shaves. That's because you get good shaves and you won't get fed up with the one razor you have. Always nice to change something in the routine... But this is the ideal practical shave. Let's keep in mind that in a era when working men didn't have gilettes they had probably no more than one razor for a lifetime of shaves.
    Now, for us... that's sort of impossible, right? Come on! RAD anonymous?

    Ok... Back to topic: one razor to start is enough. If you are some sort of shaving monk it will do for your lifetime. But you are weak! We all are... in no time you'll have a lot more razors than you actualy, practicaly need. We call that a "rotation" quite an euphemism, right? That's how we fool our wives and girlfriends into letting more razors in the house... "I need a larger rotation, Dear..." or "They say that the razor should rest... I need more!". That's how myths apear!

    Take care! I hope I helped... despite all the nonsense.

    And there is always the option to CONVERT THE GIRLFRIEND!!!!

    But then that leads to a 2 RAD household as we like different blades..................... hmmm thinking along those lines, when spare cash is available who would get the new razor??
    Guess I'll have to wrestle Spike for the aquisition rights!

    @silver

    her conversion has already started. when i put down the feather for a good blade she picked it up she uses it for her legs but is afraid to try pits or elsewhere and i dont blame her but like i said she knows that edged intruments are one of the great passions in my life. the straight is just a new branch of it

    The need for Ladies to have a shorter razor for pitts and elsewhere has already been addressed. There are some Gents here who have made some awesome shorter blades for their SWIMBO's. These razors have lovingly been dubbed the "Coochie Razor", although the size would make them excellent for the pitts too.
