Thread: Newb

Just signed up. I've been shaving with (GASP) one of those disposable blade straights (like a dovo shavette) but now it's time to move on. I've had quite a few razors for a while but am not skilled enough to get an edge on them. I'm hoping that I can get some help on choosing which one to send off to a honemeister. The top one in the pic is kinda out, that was my great-grandfather's .. not sure I want to do much with it.
so, on to the lsit!

the top one is a Wade & Butcher, next is a Kloshave, then a Little Giant (says Van Camps on one side and Capital Cutlery on the other), then another Wade & Butcher.
The bottom three are sharp enough to shave the hair on my arm, which is pretty fine, but they pull pretty hard on my face.. I would like to send one in for honing, but like I said, which to choose?
