    Thumbs up Introduction

I just wanted to say hi to everyone and thank you all for the wonderful posts. I have recently started shaving with a straight razor and realized that this will be a life long habit. I simply love it. Thus far, I am about 4 shaves in and haven't yet had any troubles with the actual shaving - no nicks, cuts, tenderness, etc - which may be due to the fact that I never rush, I always take my time. One area that I am working on is stropping - I posted about this yesterday, I believe - but I am working through it and hope to be somewhat efficient in the near future

Anyhow, I just wanted to take the time and say hi and introduce myself...

    Best,

    Jay
