A SHAVING EXPERIENCE!
Yes ! Finally,after 4 months of diehard straight razor experimentation.My very first totally babybutt shave with a straight! I've really been working on my stropping skills in the last couple of weeks.And today it finally paid of.The stropping and actually mixing some cream for sensitive skin and some Zirh prep oil with my sandalwood Crabtree and Evelyn soap,really made all the difference in the world.Now i know what you guys talk about when it comes to straight shaving.And the best thing:I honed the damn thing myself! Think I'm gonna celebrate this one with a cigar on the porch.(And yes cubans are legal in Norway
)So to all of you guys whos not quite there yetON'T GIVE UP!! IT'S TOTALLY WORTH IT!!

Congratulations! It really does give a person great satisfaction shaving well with a razor they've honed themselves. And, proper stropping makes all the difference. Way to go!

Congradulations!
I am envious of the cuban cigar, enjoy.
It is great to take something as ordinary as shaving and make it an artform.
