Newbie Just Completed First Shave
Just completed my first straight razor shave. Got my razor and goodies yesterday from Straight Razor Designs and after watching the DVD went for it this morning. It was just too tempting for me to shave my entire face so I went for it. It was GREAT! I love it. Only did a WTG pass, it takes some getting use to that's for sure. Hardest part for me was where to place my hand so I could still see my face (stupid big hands) but it worked. Thanks to everyone that gave me advice in the chat before I went for it. Looks like a new lifestyle for me from here on out!

Thanked: 150Great job! I know that when I started, I went all out, and never looked back. Sounds like you are heading on the same path. Jump feet first into the deep end, and enjoy the water.

Off to a good start !!
Keep doin' watcha doin'.The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.
