Do you know what it is specifically you're allergic to in the soaps and creams? If so, you might be able to go to one of the fine purveyors of soaps and creams that we have lurking around this site and see what they could do for you.

I do my 3rd pass or touch up and line straightening pass with just water, but a whole shave
uh uh, nope, ain't happening....

1rst pass with well lathered and prepped face
, second pass with watered down lather (light) works best for me. Water only kinda takes the "sex" out of the whole shave thing..
