Thanked: 174I find that the post is a very impolite way to ask a question. Infact as a member of this forum I find it insulting and annoying. It is becoming all to frequent.
The questioner clearly has no manners or self respect.
I for one have no time to try and answer the question or even attempt to find out what the question may be.
I would also like to make the observation that this rude type of off the cuff request is becoming all to common and is a surprise to me that other members actually answer.
This is my last and only response to this nonsense.

Thanked: 1212Let's give the guy a break, English.
He's obviously new at this. I guess he just meant to repost his question in the Newbie's Corner, as he originally posted it in the Workshop.
Maybe a mod could transfer his thread?
(My answer to the question is in the original thread).

I am going to lock this thread since the original thread has been bumped by Bart's response (in the original thread) and this one serves very little positive purpose.
The original thread can be moved, although it seems like the OP really has a restoration project, and it probably belongs in the Workshop. I will PM the OP and suggest a new post in the Honing area since honing advice was the intent of his "re-post" if I understand it correctly.Last edited by Bill S; 12-04-2008 at 08:16 PM.
