An experience I have to share with everyone!
I have been shaving with a straight blade since July of this year. I still consider myself a newbie.
After buying a razor in the classifieds section, I thought it needed a good honing. At the advice of the people that work for The Art of Shaving, I brought it to a place in NYC to get it professionally sharpened. When I got it back, it was in HORRIBLE condition! Thanks to nun2sharp the razor was saved!
Yesterday, while I was Christmas shopping, I stopped into The Art of Shaving. I really do not like shopping in there because they know nothing about shaving - I was being impatient. It is all bells and whistles. But I wanted to try using shaving soap and brush. So this morning I lathered up and got the closest shave I ever had! I still have to practice my technique with my chin area but everything else feel SOOOO soft.
I can't stop touching my face!!
Thanks everyone for all your help!!

Thanks Mike ! I was really worried about that razor with all the metal that had to be removed to fix that frown, I am truly glad it worked out, if there is anything I can do for you in the future please let me know!
