    welcome to srp

thiers-issard is one of the three active manufacturers - they make very good razors.
your first job is to find out whether the razor was honed, or is the edge from the factory what it has. in the later case you would want to have somebody hone it for you.
the default recommendation for strop would be tony miller @ thewellshavedgentleman.com
brushes range from $5 to $500, most would do the job well, but you probably want to do some more research into this. i believe mantic has a good video on the subject (actually several) on youtube.

    Smile Welcome, CRU5H

The Edwin Jagger Best Badger Brush is a good quality brush at a reasonable price. A good starter brush.
