In fact my problem was more on the toe of the blade, the last 3 millimiters on the tip of the blade...
Is it normal that it has a slight (i mean really little) curve before the end?
I wonder if I do a bad movement on the stone, so it doesn't get the edge as well as the rest of the blade.

Maybe I should try to record it as a little video flat agains the stone, and then rewatch me to see if i'm actually lifting the tip at the end of the stroke on the stone....
    can this be the case?

Hard to know what you have without seeing the blade.
However, it could be technique or it could be that you have a bit of a smiling blade. This requires somewhat of a rocking motion while using the x pattern on the hone. That will allow you to get the toe portion of the blade as well as the heel if it is not being adequately covered.

You are doing great but if this is a smiling blade, then you may want to send it out and get it sharpened by a honemeister so that you have a reference.

Welcome to SRP and congratulations on your progress.
