    Hi All!

Just joined the group and am just learning how to shave. Bought a Bengall off eBay and have tried sharpening it but don't really know what "shave ready" feels like. While it looks like I'm well past the 3 offers of help, is there a waiting list I can put my name on, Bud, for possible future honings?

Thanks and I look forward to all the information available here,

    Mark

Mark, if you do not want to waitfor the next free honing offer, you can find a honemeister in the classified section. Good luck and happy shaving.

    Default Deadly Sharp Duck

    Hello all,

I was one of the fortunate ones to have a blade (double duck satinwedge) honed by hi bud. I got the blade back last night and had to wait for 12 hours to use it. All I can say is absolutely super sharp. Best shave to date. Hardly a sound as the whiskers were whisked away. I am still marveling at the closeness of the shave. I only do one pass WTG, but face so smooth still. Thanks hi bud for a great job.

I got my razor back from Buds honing offer, the razor was brand new when I got it so it was in good condition, after getting it back from Bud it was extremely sharp and also smooth while shaving, I felt a lot less tugg then with the factory sharp blade. Bud was also very informative with all questions and updates about my blade. I would recommend a honing from Bug to anyone that has the chance . Thanks again

Got my razor back this weekend and it shaves better then I can. First shave was great, second was good. If I ever get the skill down and stop using to much presser I might match up to the excelent quality of hi-bud's honeing.
