    I'd say they are all 5/8's except the heartring which appears to be a 4/8's that would be a guess though since I am not holding the razors in my hands!

    All are great brands, at least judging from the examples I have. Worth is relative, of course. A new razor will cost you many times these prices and often won't be as good, at least not in my opinion.
    From what I remember on ebay last time I was looking these will sell for more there. But the market in Europe is different.

    Maybe I try to get them all if the prices don't rise too much.
    And I think I'll take your word on not learning to hone with them.

    I'll just have to wait until I can afford to buy proper hones and cheap practise razor.

    I guess it wouldn't be wise to let the opportunity pass, to get these razors for prices like these.

    there are always more razors, i don't think you have to worry about that.

    if money is an issue buy just one and send it to be honed. even if you have the money to buy a hone you will likely need quite some time before you learn how to use it. it helps a lot to have a reference point where you need to get your edge, otherwise you'll needlessly suffer a lot of painful shaves.
