The answer I believe is zero, if you can find a free razor that's shave ready you wouldn't really have to worry about recovering any money.
Anything else is a gamble that once you're done somebody would want to purchase the razor from you. Nobody can guarantee this and it really doesn't matter the price range. I've seen razors wanted even at $1000 and others don't sell for $10
If you don't have the free option, spend whatever you're comfortable spending. Look in the classifieds and ebay for ideas on what sells for how much and keep in mind that not having any idea what is a serious problem ebay is a lot more of a riskier path.
Don't worry about asking questions - you can start your own threads and you'll probably get more resposes that way.
