Dumb question of the decade
I'm amazed at all of the information here. You guys are great. I figure I've got maybe one really dumb question that I'll be forgiven for asking, considering I'm so new and all. I've used the search and the help features, and I apologize for having to ask: in the lower right hand corner of everybody's posts there is a little box that says "thanks". Except mine of course. There's also a counter for everybody that says you've been thanked x times. How do I go about obtaining a little box in my posts that says thanks? There, I've said it. I'm sorry to be so ignorant. And I do want to say "thanks". Hopefully my future questions will be better ones, but at the rate I appear to be failing to find the answers on my own, I'm not feeling too good about my searching abilities. Best Regards, Gary

See, a truly dumb question! I understand that the answer is that if I could see my own posts from a different PC, yours for example, I would see that there is a little box, and if for some reason someone wants to thank me for something I've said, they click the thanks button on my post, the box I don't see, because I don't normally thank myself. I'm going no go now, and after I press your thanks button, I'll be on to hopefully less mundane, but no less puzzling mysteries! THANKS!

That wasn't a dumb question! I've had much more dumb questions...the only difference is that I didn't have the courage to ask!
