    Default Help needed decoding...

    Just came across a Joseph Allen and Sons wedge with the markings "NON XLL". Can anyone assist by explaining what this means? I have found info on the brand but not that particular marking.

    It means "none excell" . G. Wostenholm made a razor called the IXL "I excell" .
