My first question is:
Please recommend me from where to buy norton stones - 4000 6000 and 8000 grits?
I have Japan water stone 1000 grit and Spyderco fine ceramic wet stone, but wish to buy some nortons for honing! Please for advise - from where to buy them?

Well, as far as Bulgaria goes, you're probably in the best position to find if there's anybody who is, or could import them. Not sure what are the options from other places in europe, but the usual places in US are amazon (a full set for $120 which is an overkill), craftsmanstudio, howard@ theperfectedge...
USPS has a nifty small flat rate priority mail box which fits one norton perfectly and costs $13 to ship to Bulgaria. I'd say talk to Howard and see if he could do this for you.
You want the 4000/8000 combo stone.
Or you can check in the classifieds, or post a WTB ad there, which for nortons seems to be a bit of a long shot. If you don't find anything else and you must have a norton and are ordering it from US, you can send it to me and I'll reship it to you.

Another Bulgarian here. Just wanted to check-in and say hi! I bought a L West Warranted 11/16 from Wid last week and I'm super excited about it. I've been shaving with a DE for more than an year now - recently acquired a Gillette Super Adjutable and a Muhle R41 2013 (still waiting for that one, though). I'd like to get myself a vintage SR to restore and hone. I've been reading about lapping film quite a lot during the last couple of days as a good and cheap alternative to honing stones. Hopefully, I will be able to get something from eBay or here for a good price that's worth restoring.
