    Talking And now I wait

I finally purchased a usable razor (been trying to use a Selective Professional, unsuccessfully). I'm anxiously awaiting the arrival of my Double Arrow from ruprazor.com. I was also eyeing another razor over in the classifieds, but I figure a 3 month hone warranty is well worth the extra $5.

I can't wait till it gets here. I'll finally get to experience shaving with a sharp razor.

The day before yesterday I had a magnificent shave.. BBS all the way.. yesteday I really had the time for a straight shave but there were no stubles worth mowing down yet (light beard)..
But tonight it is all going down...
    Have fun!

congrats! looks like you're on the right track. Getting a shave ready razor really is the best way to start!

Let us know how it works out when it arrives!

It is possible to get a decent shave from a dull razor, but after having used a dull razor you will find shaving with a properly honed razor to be pure pleasure.

For me it was ALMOST as bad as awaiting the birth of our children. All you can do is sit and stew..

Sit and stew indeed. The anticipation is killing me, but an email today assured me that my razor is on its way.
