perhaps you mean the norton and dmt8c the extra course one is probably an overkill and from what i hear it may actually eat up your norton fairly quickly (but I've never used one).

because of your addictive personality i'd recommend the srd premium strop instead. that will likely end up your desire for other strops, at least it seems to be working on me so far.

If someone else does the initial honing on your razor you can keep that edge indefinately with a barbers hone.
