    Default RAD initiated

I'm not too far into this adventure, but somehow I've already got another straight coming in. Okay, so I bought it, it's not like it's falling into my lap, but at less than $15, we'll see... It's a Landers, Frary & Clark Universal, which is just a little piece of household history.

Not sure what kind of shaver it will be, but it'll be off to someone to restore and hone... Any suggestions who?

Looks like a great pick-up for $15. Not too much needed in the resto department either. Should clean/hone up to be a nice shaver. Good job!

Thanks! And I just picked up another on Ebay for less than $20. I've got to stop, but it's already so addicting. I am known for jumping in with both feet though. That's it for a bit though. I'll get them restored/cleaned/honed and then look at the next step. Man, I can barely shave well and I've already got 3 razors. Guess I'm in it.

With a name like yours, you're a natural honer. Get some stones and polish and you are on your way.
    Let the fun begin!!!!

Yeah, the name's from a fav band, nothing to do with honing unfortunately. I'm not the most mechanically inclined so I'm not sure if I'll get into honing or not. The second razor fell through so I went and bought a dubl duck special instead. Somebody tell me it ends eventually.
