    Welcome aboard!!! Just stick with it the comfortability whipping the blade around will come with time. Someone else with come in and give you the usual A) cheeks first few times B) watch the angle of blade C) as light on the pressure as possible.

    The key is to just keep trying you have to break a few eggs to make a omelette.
