Default The back of the neck.

I have started slowly dry shaving the back of the neck as I gain confedence. I'm doing it more by feel than sight. So far so good.
I still suffer occasionally from slight razor burn on my lower jaw. I haven't figured out what I'm doing wrong yet. I've also tried using the left hand, and need much practice. It feels more awkward than I thought it would.
All in all it's still the best shave I've ever had and I always look forward to the morning shave. I find it quite gratifying and relaxing.
    I'm hooked. I admit it.

Yep,you're hooked. That little thrill of anticipation just before you touch the blade to your face never goes away.Don't know about that back of the neck deal.Sounds like an accident waiting to happen. It's your neck though.Good luck.

Shoot, I shave my head & face, and I think the back of neck and occiput are the hardest part!

If you got that down, you should be good for the rest.

I bet if you keep the same light touch you use on your neck when you shave your lower jaw, you should be alright.

Also, make sure you aren't making an ATG pass on the jaw first pass, I know I have some crazy hair angles from jaw to neck.

    +1

I've found that I can't actually make a straight stroke anywhere on my neck except for dead center I acan make one downward pass. everywhere else, I have to make curved passes that start out going down, and end up going to the outside.
