    Default SRD soaps

The SRD patchouli soap I bought came in a plastic tub with a screw lid. Not at all what I expected, but it actually works out quite nicely. It never occurred to me that I could have an assortment of soaps to choose from each morning. My only shave bowl still has a half used puck of Williams in it. I actually like the Williams, and keep coming back to it. It smells like soap, not perfume, and there are days when I prefer that fresh, simple scent. If I am going to have an assortment of soaps, it is nice if they all have their own lidded containers, so they can be stored when not in use. I just ordered a shave scuttle from Julie Moore at Dirty Bird. You don't store a puck of soap in the scuttle. You pick up some soap with your brush and transfer it to the scuttle where you build your lather. I want to try a couple more different soaps. I may buy an assortment of covered pottery bowls and transfer all my soaps to them. the plastic container works well, but I don't care much for plastic. Probably why I got rid of the Mach 3.

Heh I can understand the feeling towards plastic, though I think I can deal with using a plastic tub for a time if the need is strong. Say like buying a couple of razors and other basic equipment to start shaving with on an already tight budget.

Thanks for the thumbs up on the soap, once I figure out which scent I'll be happy with, I plan to get a tub. It's a very nice price and seems like a great product.

    Default Aphrodesiac?

Yes I have, but I prefer to believe it is my good looks and charm that are responsible for my success. But smelling good can't hurt either, right?

Must be where I've been going wrong all these years
