Thread: Where to get supplies?

Hey everybody. I am new to the forums. I wanted to know where the best places to get supplies from online. I also wanted to know if anyone knew of a place in Mississippi or Memphis, TN, where I could get supplies. I am looking for local people to buy from first. If not online will work just as well. I really love the whole idea of a straight razor.

depends what kind of supplies you're looking for. any of the advertsing banners on this site would be good. i haven't made comparisons recently but last time i checked straightrazordesigns seemed to have the best deals. of course there isn't always overlap in the products different vendors carry, so if you're looking for a particular one you may be limited to one or two vendors.

these days i like to buy my razors from other members and my soaps from thegentlemensquarter.

Two places to check. First, there's usally something in the classifieds worthwhile. And, look through the Vendor's Corner forum below. That should set you up pretty well...
