    Default Was watching a make over show

    Last week-end with my wife and son, I generaly don't watch make over shows. Each time the show did a make over of a man they always shaved him with a straight, never a cartridge, disposable or electric. One man asked why the straight, the answer was given that the straight offered the closest shave possible. "If you want to look your best this is the way you will do it in the future" the barber explained.

    I caught a show with those guys once where they stuck a single blade razor (looked like a bic metal) into the guys hand and told him that guys should never shave with multi-blade razors unless they want to hack their face up.

    No that wasn't the people that I saw and they claimed that if you want to look presentable you need to use a striahgt.
