haha, yea i had blocked his image host in my browser!
that razor looks like its seen better days, you could probably get it shaveable, but for the money it would cost in stones and sandpaper, and effort, you could buy a much nicer one from the classifieds.
+1 for it being tiny.
and it looks like thers a decent nick in the tip of the blade, it might have to get even narrower to be straight.
from what little i know, payed for "restorations" are around 75 dollars. there really only worth buying on rare/heirlooms.

put it in a drawer
leave it
some day when RAD kicks in, you send it for a restoration becasue it is your first str8
in the meantime
buy a shave ready razor in the classifieds
to be clear that I'm not advertising, I don't have any for sale right now
if I were to buy from the classifieds I would look for a seller like Gugi
FS: Complete Shaving Kit - Straight Razor Place Classifieds
or Hi-Bud-Gl
or someone who is old hand
there are quasi-newbs that I wouldn't buy from
even myself as a quasi-newb I sold razors I thought were ready to go but have since gained experience and am embarrassed at having called them shave ready
good luck

Thanked: 2Cool!
Thanks for the tips and advise guys.
I'll snag a nice beginner razor (and strop) and hold on to this one for a down the road project or something.
