Over strop?
Can you over strop because I have been practicing with my new razor and i have no idea if over stropping it will impact the edge.

no - but it does increase the rist of accidentally rolling your edge

if you are just practicing you can use a butter knife just use the back side.

No, you can't overstrop your razor. Just be mindful of your technique...

I once did 1400 laps in one sesson and nothing bad happened.
