Still working on honing. Thought I had done a really nice job on my Wacker 1/4 hollow-- initially had problems with the toe, got it worked out with a rolling X-hone. Passed HHT. Shaved with it for several weeks, pretty happy with the edge. Then I noticed some corrosion on a spot on the bevel-- took out my magnifier, and sure enough, found a section of bevel that was messed up, plus a chip.

I was thinking about just resetting the bevel again myself, but the chip looks pretty big so I think I ought to send it out to a honemeister. Anybody specialize in "chip" repair?
