Thanked: 137I store them in their boxes or pouches in the bottom drawer of my desk, with my cigars and pipes, lying flat. If I've used them I leave them, open, on top of my dresser to remove every last trace of moisture before I put them away.

I got one of these wooden test tube racks. Get the 26 mm version.
It's unfinished, so you might want to stain/seal it. Works great to hold 12 straights.

Thanked: 20leather pouches
[QUOTE=cromagnum;401661] So my question is, how do most people store their razor that they plan on using?
I made lined leather pouches with a flap for each razor, so if I drop it, no damage would happen. I also made a seven days rolled leather pouch for weekly rotation. The leather pouches are also good when traveling and you need to take a couple or three razors they will be protected in the suitcase. I dropped a couple of razors while in the pouches and no damage happened to the razors! Juan.
