Thanked: 0Newbie says hi.
Hello everyone. I have just bought my first true straight razor, and I am in the process of restoring it. I used shavettes and DE's as a young lad. Like most people, I followed the crowd and moved on to multiblades and electrics but I have lots of difficulty in defining the edges of my goatee hence me drifting back to old school razors. This forum is a gold mine of information for newbies like me. A big thank you to all the contributors from me. I am looking for some information on the razor I bought. Please spare a few seconds to look at my other post in the razors section.

Welcome to SRP. I haven't been here long myself, but as you've found there's lots of excellent information here. Seems like a good bunch of people as well.
