    Default Prorasso shave cream

Has anyone had experience with the Prorasso line of shave creams? I am thinking about trying their products, but it helps to hear from those who have used the product. Thanks.

We use them on occasion. Bath and Body Works in the US carry it under the C.O. Bigalow name. It's pretty good if you like menthol

it's a decent cream at a great price... a very good value. not the best cream in existence, but certainly still very good, i would recommend it to anyone. has a faint minty smell.

see it being made into uber-lather by clicking the third link in my sig... it's a great ingredient cream.

I use Proraso, about once a week. It helps alot with my sensitive skin, but its not my favorite smell...although, i dont dislike it necessarily either. Ive also, recently purchased about five other menthol/eucalyptis products, from other vendors to compare to the Proraso...i'll post my opinions, if ya want.

    Cheers,

    Mac

I still like to use the Proraso shaving cream in the green tub. It's a cool change every now and then.

This is one of the most popular shaving creams in the market and for a good reason. It performs well and it is very affordable. I have the C.O Bigelow version, which you can find pretty much in every mall. Some people do not like the scent, I do in a sort of funky way, smells like Zest or Irish Spring soap, very clean. The only thing I do not like about Proraso is that it does not condition my skin very well. I always feel like a tuned drum after I use it, especially during the winter. I have heard the same from other users as well. If you skin is not particularly sensitive, there is no reason not to try it.

JoeD and CarrieM just gave me some on Saturday. Yesterday my gf sees it (and she has zero interest in shaving) and says "hey! CO Bigelow... they make pretty good stuff" so even though its Proraso in a CO Bigelow thing, they probably wanna protect that good brand image. Not too sure mint smell is for me, but the cream is good.
