Thread: The Razors not to buy.

Hi all,

I was browsing around the site recently and saw an alphabetical list of razors to avoid. I believe it also had some other info to consider before going out to buy a straight razor. For the life of me I can't find this list again. Can anyone direct me?

By the way, I noticed "Best Quality" is at the top of that list. That doesn't refer to the Dovo "Best Quality", does it?

No it doesn't. Anything Dovo is fine IME.

You seem to have missed the footnote:

Brands of Straight Razors to avoid - Straight Razor Place Wiki
Not to be confused with Dovo brand razors bearing the legend, Best Quality.

With few exceptions you will be safe when buying a used razor from SRP classified. If in doubt ask one of the senior members or mentors.
