I shoot for a BBS shave! ...my proof of the quality of that BBS shave is absolutely no burn with an alcohol based A/S.

i was told in basic training in the navy, no pain, no gain, only here it is alot different. i do not mind the minute of slight burn to get to the good feeling and the great smell of the pinaud clubman when it reacts with the chemistry of ones body. maybe i am a little twisted, oh well someone has to do it

I love the burn too. You'll find, though, that the better you get, the less the AS will burn.
Still... the cool splash is still pretty satisfying.

I don't really mind the burn, but I like the idea of being able to get BBS and splash it on, without the burn. That would be the best! Originally Posted by zepplin
