Hello everyone. Just wanted to check in and say hello. I am new to straight shaving but have been DE shaving for about a year and a half. I am a member at a couple of the other forums and some of the names here look familiar. I have a new straight on the way and look forward to actually getting to perform my first shave. I plan on reading the boards here for many hours, especially in the concept of stropping. My first stropping experience was damaging, to the strop and razor, and thankfully a member here is fixing my screwup.
