Thread: Shave stick

Yep, danny nailed it. Use the stick to put a nice thin layer of soap on your beard, then use your brush to whip up a lather. You can also rub the stick into your brush to kind of "prime" it. Use a tad less water at first so you don't have water pouring down your chin when you start lathering.

I actually found it easier to get a good lather from a stick than a regular puck at first, it makes it easier to judge how much soap you're loading.
