Like beeing a newbie again
Hello gents and ladies...
It's been a quite time now that I haven't participated any form of straight razor shaving (almost 6 months now) due to my college exams in June and July, being on vacation with my GF in August and practical work I had to do for my college in September. All in all it was a very busy summer.
All this time I shaved with the DE razor.
On Sunday I took two of my best shavers and did some serious honing job on those two and thanks to the holidays in my country I have a quite long weekend ahead of me to bring my other razors back to life and rotation.
I just wanted to say that I missed all of you and all the conversation about every aspect of straight razor shaving.
Well, I just wanted you to know that I'm back...Last edited by Robert1988; 10-06-2009 at 05:20 PM.

Thanks for the warm welcome...
I had a great shave just a few minutes ago and it was very, very good. It was nice to see that I haven't lost my touch for shaving and for honing. The razor was just gliding over my face without any sympathy for my whiskers. The shave was very smooth without any nicks or razor burns.
It's goooooooood to be back...
