    Default New Guy

Hi everyone, new guy checking in. Started straight shaving many years ago when I was about 18. I lost my razor while I was in the army a few years later and found it hard to replace, so I resorted to disposeable. Now back on the STRAIGHT and narrow!!!
    Regards

Welcome to SRP! Sounds like you already know how to shave with a straight but I'm sure you'll learn a trick or two here.

Just in case you haven't seen our excellent documentation:

Hello and welcome to SRP. :-)
So, do you have a new straight and shaving kit or are you still in the process of looking.

    Regards,

    Mac

Hi McWolf, yes I have a kit (8 razors strop etc) I am lucky as I live in London there are quite a few excellent barbers shops (Taylors/Trumpers to name but two) and I can never pass one without going in!

I'm jealous already. I sincerely want to visit London again. The last time I did, I was too young to be interested in anything like that. But now I would do almost anything!

Hi DP, if you need anything that you can only get in London and not on the internet etc, I will be happy to pick it up and send it over to you, no problem. Actually that goes for all SRP members.

    Welcome to SRP !
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Sounds way too familiar! Welcome to SRP!
It is easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled. Twain
