Thanked: 31razor and brush stand
i have been searching around and cant find anything cheap i cant justify paying 100$ for a brush and razor holder on my budget so if there is anyone out there making such a thing in your garage or workshop or has an extra laying around collecting dust let me know id like to work out a deal and take it off your hands. over priced stands

I like and use the acrylic brush stands from Em's Place. Shaving Brush and Razor Stands
There are several choices as you scroll down the page. Maybe you could find something there.

Thanked: 4stand
Bob made a real nice stand for me last year. Exactly to my specs, fast, excellent workmanship and the price was great. Here's his site: https://sites.google.com/site/bobsrazorworks/

Thanked: 31i have the plastic brush holder which is fine i just need something simple to hold the razor up and down.. i could live without it but it looks kinda sad in the bathroom just laying on the counter top when everything else has a home. know what i mean?
im thinking maybe get one of the wood shop guys on base here just to make a 3-4 inch tall by 4 inch square unfinished box to put them in maybe even with a top part with holes cut in the top to hold them exactly straight up and down

This looks easy enough, if you haven't looked at it yet.

Thanked: 105don't laugh, it is just to show what can be done. This could be made in wood of choice, if available. The brush, razor and stand are all projects I have not had time to finsh.
